Health is not as complex as we have made it out to be. We are constantly being bombarded with information on what is now healthy, and that is contradicting on some level. There is even information that is promoted by the medical field that is based in partial truths or bad research. So how are we suppose to even understand what is the best health practices when our medical doctors are still preaching about high cholesterol and butter, when the research was proven that eating cholesterol does not create higher cholesterol.
