Meet Your Hosts

Dr. Megan Epps is curating experiences for growth specific for women who are seeking more in life. A bigger life. A life of adventure.

Megan is a small business owners with a passion for personal growth and cultivating community. She has a strong belief that growth happens at the edge of comfort; When we get clarity on our goals and purpose and are courageous enough to put action behind our life plans. As a chiropractor, podcast host, and entrepreneur, she’s spent her career helping people reconnect to their bodies, their values, and their potential.

Through her work and her own journey of challenge and transformation, Megan has seen that doing hard things, on purpose, creates clarity, confidence, and change that lasts. Megan focuses her skills on leadership and helping those around her have self discover and rise to their best.

Catalyst was born from that belief: that adventure and inner work belong together.

She and Skylar have teamed up to create a retreat that blends movement, mindset, and meaning,; Creating spaces where people can reset, realign, and rise.

When she’s not leading retreats or working with patients, you’ll find her participating in personal challenges, reading, helping with local events, exploring new landscapes, and helping others build lives that feel deeply aligned, on and off the trail.

Skylar has spent her adult life finding the place where mental grit and physical resilience meet. Her journey into personal growth began through Megan and her family, who helped open her eyes to the power of doing the inner work—and the freedom that comes when you intentionally show up for yourself first.

As a small-business owner, prenatal and pediatric chiropractor, and full-time mom, Skylar knows firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the daily rhythm of life—how ambition, purpose, and passion quietly get overrun by the urgent. She’s learned that real balance isn’t about doing it all alone, but about surrounding yourself with people who remind you who you are and what you’re capable of.

So when the idea of blending deep personal development with a bold physical challenge emerged, she was all in. Skylar believes that doing hard things—especially in community—reveals a part of us we don’t always get to see. It’s in pushing past perceived limits that we discover we are stronger, tougher, and more capable than we ever imagined.

Her heart is in serving women and children in her community, nurturing her own family, and continually seeking connection with like-minded women. Whether in her chiropractic practice or out on the trail, she shows up to help others remember their strength, reconnect to what matters, and step into their next chapter with confidence and purpose.
