Experience
Catalyst: An Adventure Retreat is designed for those who feel the pull toward something more; a deeper purpose, a clearer sense of self, and the courage to pursue both. Over three intentional days, you’ll reconnect with what truly drives you, surrounded by breathtaking views and a community of people ready to grow alongside you. From evening dinners under desert skies to mindful mornings, this experience blends inner reflection, grounded leadership, and pure adventure. Every detail, lodging, meals, and thoughtful experience is curated to help you to connect deeper to your purpose and self, push yourself undiscovered ways, and rediscover your spark.
Growth
Between shared meals and quiet moments, we’ll gather for guided discussions and practical workshops centered around leadership, personal development, and realignment with purpose. You’ll explore how to expand life, clarify your next chapter, and gain tools to lead your life and work from a place of authenticity. Expect meditation, intention-setting, and journaling to anchor each day and work that is not just inspiring but applicable. You will leave ready to take action in your life. Our hope is that when you exit the canyon, you are a changed person. Most importantly, you won’t be doing this alone. You will be experiencing a catalystic experience within a supportive community.
Challenge
The final full day brings the ultimate test: a Marathon hike (26-miles) hike in the Grand Canyon (or a year defining Rim-Rim hike if that North Canyon is open and safe)—descending the Kaibab Trail and climbing back up Bright Angel. It’s a journey that demands grit, presence, and teamwork. Twelve to fifteen hours of movement through one of Earth’s most awe-inspiring landscapes, a marathon in the canyon, and a metaphor for life itself. Because hardship, when chosen with intention, doesn’t just build strength, it builds fulfillment and character. Push yourself like never before.
Catalyst is for the ones who feel a quiet pull toward something more.
The ones craving both adventure and growth—who know they’re capable of more, but need the space and challenge to step into it.
This retreat is for you if:
You want to break through what’s been holding you back.
You’re craving clarity, direction, or a deeper sense of purpose.
You believe in personal growth that’s lived, not just learned.
You’re ready to train, prepare, and push your limits, physically and mentally.
You value meaningful connection, honest reflection, and shared challenge.
This isn’t about escaping life.
It’s about walking straight into it—stronger, clearer, and more alive than before.
